From brief to bottled

How we work with you
Commitments that stay with the brief
- When the clock starts. Production timing is counted in working days only. It begins after fragrance samples, packaging designs, and the other agreed production details are finalised and approved.
- Your brand stays yours. The brand created under your name is your intellectual property. We manufacture for you; we do not own your brand or its rights.
- Confidential by default. Formulations, packaging designs, and brand production details stay between us. We do not share them with third parties.
- Made only for you. We do not copy or supply your brand or its products to anyone else. We produce against your confirmed orders and deliver to you.
Indicative timing
About 45–60 working days, end to end
A typical path after the brief is confirmed looks like this — always subject to fragrance choice, packaging complexity, and destination:
- Sample preparation — about 5–7 working days once we are ready to prepare fragrance samples.
- Your testing — about one week for you to wear, compare, and approve a direction.
- Manufacturing — about 25–30 working days once fragrance, bottle, cap, and design are locked.
- Shipping — about 10–12 working days for courier delivery, depending on destination and service.
Maturation for the selected fragrance sits inside the manufacturing window once you have chosen your scent. Overall, plan on roughly 45–60 working days from a clear start through to delivery.

Your brief
What we need to begin
Share the importer or brand contact name, a full postal address, and PDF artwork for your logo and product names. With that in place we open your project file and align quantity, markets, and timing before samples begin.

Fragrance samples
Prepare, test, then choose
We prepare fragrance samples from our library or a directed brief. You wear and compare them — typically about a week — then tell us which scent to take forward. Nothing moves to maturation until you select.

Maturation
Selected scent at rest
Once you choose a fragrance, that concentrate is set aside to mature. This resting period steadies the composition before filling — part of building a retail-ready perfume, not a shortcut.

Bottle & cap
Choose your components
With the scent locked, select bottle and cap from our white-label range — or brief a direction from the catalogue. Fill size and closure shape the silhouette your customer will recognise on the shelf.
Step 05
Design confirmation
Label, box, and finish
We prepare label and packaging artwork for your approval. Production does not start until design — together with fragrance and components — is confirmed. You see the look before we fill.
Step 06
Production
Fill and finish in Dubai
Approved fragrance is filled, capped, labelled, and packed under house quality control. When goods are complete we share finished product photos so you can see the batch before it leaves.
Step 07
Shipping
Pack, despatch, track
Tell us if you have your own shipping agent, or if you prefer FedEx or DHL from Dubai. We pack for fragrance export, share tracking once the shipment is booked, and stay available through delivery.
