What you pay for when you make a private label perfume
There is no single price for a private label perfume. Two brands can order the same quantity and pay very different amounts, because the cost is built from the choices you make: the fragrance and its strength, the bottle, the cap and box, how many pieces you order and how they travel. This guide explains each part, so you can plan a budget before you ask us for a quotation.

One-off costs
Paid once for your programme, not for every bottle.
- Samples — a discovery kit of 5 or 10 fragrance vials to choose your scent. Half of what you pay is credited toward your first production invoice.
- Custom mould — only if you want a bottle shape made for you. Catalogue bottles need no mould.
- Product documents — depend on your market. Tell us where you sell and we confirm which documents we can supply.
- Exclusivity — only if you want a fragrance reserved for your brand.
Per-bottle costs
Repeat on every piece you order.
- Fragrance — the strength (Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum or Extrait) and the fill size.
- Bottle — the glass and its finish.
- Pump, collar and cap — standard or decorative closures.
- Box — no box, a printed box or a gift set.
- Filling and assembly — filling, capping, labelling and quality checks in Dubai.
Shipping and import
Paid per shipment.
- Freight — courier for samples and small orders, air or sea freight for production.
- Duties and taxes — charged by your country after arrival, usually paid by the buyer.

Why there is a minimum order
Production starts from 300 pieces per variant. Bottles, caps and boxes are bought and printed in batches, and every run is set up, filled and checked as one job — below that quantity the cost per piece climbs quickly. You can launch with one fragrance and add more variants later.

- Launch with your strongest one to three fragrances rather than a full range.
- Choose a bottle, cap and box from our white-label catalogue before considering a custom mould.
- Pick the strength your market expects — not every line needs to be Extrait.
- Ship by sea when your launch date allows.
- Order samples first, so you only produce a scent you have tested on skin.

How much does private label perfume cost?
It depends on your choices: fragrance strength and fill size, bottle, cap and box, quantity and shipping. Every brief is different, so we send a quotation for your exact programme after you choose your scent and packaging. Start your brief in Create.
Are there any one-off costs?
Only for what you choose: samples to pick your scent (half credited to production), a custom mould if you want your own bottle shape, product documents for your market, and exclusivity if you want a fragrance reserved for your brand. Your quotation lists them separately.
Does a bigger order lower the price per bottle?
Usually, yes. Components are bought and printed in batches, so larger runs spread the set-up over more pieces. Launching many variants at the minimum quantity each costs more per piece than fewer variants in larger runs.
What is the minimum order (MOQ)?
Production starts from 300 pieces per variant. You can launch with one fragrance and add more variants later.
How much do samples cost?
Discovery kits come with 5 or 10 fragrance vials, shipped free worldwide, and 50% of what you pay is credited toward your first production invoice. The price in your currency is on the samples page.
Who pays import duties?
Import duties and taxes after arrival are usually the buyer's responsibility.
How do payments work?
We accept major cards and bank transfer. Export clients may use LC or TT as agreed on the quotation.
