Trade compliance

Ecnargarf will not trade with or provide services to individuals or companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, sanctioned parties under applicable OFAC or UAE sanctions programmes, including designated terrorists and narcotics traffickers.

Use of the Site

We grant you a non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Site under these terms for browsing, enquiring, and shopping for items offered on the Site. Unauthorised commercial scraping or use on behalf of third parties without permission is prohibited. Content is provided for informational purposes.

If registration or account features are offered, you agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us of unauthorised use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard account details.

Orders & acceptance

An order or enquiry may not always be processed — for stock, compliance, verification, or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time and may request additional verification.

Pricing & purchases

Boutique prices for UAE (local) customers are shown in AED and are inclusive of VAT. International visitors may view prices in USD or another local currency converted from the USD boutique price. Wholesale and private-label pricing is confirmed on quotation. Prices may change due to promotions, launches, or updates.

We accept major cards (Visa/Mastercard) and bank transfer for confirmed orders. Trade accounts may use LC/TT as agreed in writing.

Shipping, VAT & customs

Shipping costs (where applicable) are shown before you complete a purchase or are stated on your quotation. International shipping charges usually exclude customs duties and import taxes in the destination country — those are the buyer’s responsibility. VAT treatment depends on destination and applicable UAE rules; goods shipped outside the UAE may be treated differently — confirmed at checkout or on invoice.

Accuracy of information

We strive for accuracy in descriptions, photographs, specifications, and pricing. Due to human or technical error we cannot guarantee that all information is complete or current. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may refuse or cancel the order and correct the listing.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the Site — including text, graphics, images, software, video, sound, fragrance compositions, brand marks, and arrangement of content — remains our property or that of our licensors. The Site is protected under UAE copyright law and international conventions. All rights reserved.

Restrictions

When using the Site you agree not to: use automated systems to damage, scrape, or interfere with the Site; frame or republish content to build competing databases; upload spam, malware, or unlawful material; misrepresent identity; or violate copyright, privacy, or other rights. We may suspend access for breaches.

Applicable law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Parties submit to the courts of Dubai, subject to the dispute process below.

If a dispute arises, the parties shall first attempt amicable settlement through good-faith negotiation for thirty (30) calendar days from written notice. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai courts (or DIFC-LCIA / DIAC as we may designate in writing), conducted in English. We may still seek interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
