Papers from the start
Whether FedEx/DHL express or a full freight booking, we prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, and supporting paperwork. Trade programmes may also need certificates or declarations for clearance — we help assemble those when we arrange the move, or hand them to your agent if you ship yourself.
Duties & taxes
Clear at destination
Import duties and taxes are set by each country and are typically paid by the consignee. Rates differ by HS code, value, and destination — there is no single global perfume tax.
Check your country’s customs index (or ask your broker) for the duty that applies to fragrance in your market. Unless we agree otherwise in writing on a quotation, destination charges remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Lead times
What to expect
Single-piece FedEx and DHL parcels commonly arrive in about 5–10 business days internationally after despatch. Gulf road and UAE local deliveries are often faster. Air and sea freight timelines are quoted per shipment. Customs inspection can add days beyond our control.
