When the clock starts
What needs to be approved first
Production starts once you approve your samples, and filling starts once your packaging designs and the other agreed production details are finalised and approved. Along the way, we need:
- The importer or brand contact name and a full postal address.
- A high-resolution PDF of your logo and product names. We apply your design, but we do not create logos.
- Your choice of fragrance, bottle and cap, and your approval of the final label and box design.
Avoid delays
What can push your launch date back
- Late or low-resolution artwork. Send a print-ready PDF early so design confirmation is quick.
- Changing the scent after testing. Production starts only after you approve your samples, so a new sample round adds another sample stage of about 4 to 5 weeks.
- A custom bottle shape. Custom moulds are possible — mention it in your brief and our team will advise on timing. Catalogue bottles need no mould.
- Sea freight. It usually keeps shipping costs lower, so use it when your launch date allows.
