Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days for unopened products in their original condition. Custom and private label items are non-returnable.
2. Refund Process
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged, email sales@ecnargarf.com within 48 hours with images of the packaging and product.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Used, opened, or customized fragrances cannot be returned due to hygiene and regulatory standards.
